Facebook & Instagram Data Removal Request

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to TheCreatorsHIVE, we collect data via the Meta Graph API to power your analytics and creator profile. This page explains what data we store and how you can request its permanent deletion.

What Data We Store

—Facebook Page profile information (name, category, fan count)
—Facebook Page posts, captions, media URLs, and engagement metrics
—Instagram account profile (username, follower count, profile picture)
—Instagram media, captions, hashtags, and engagement metrics
—Audience demographics (age, gender, country breakdowns)
—Historical analytics data synced from your connected accounts

How to Delete Your Data

You have two ways to request deletion of your Facebook and Instagram data:

Option 1 — From your account

  1. 1.Log in to TheCreatorsHIVE
  2. 2.Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
  3. 3.Click Disconnect next to Instagram or Facebook
  4. 4.Contact us to confirm full data deletion

Option 2 — Email request

Send a deletion request directly to our privacy team. Include your registered email address and the platform(s) whose data you want removed.

What Happens After Your Request

Confirmation

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours via email.

Processing

All Facebook and Instagram data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Account impact

Deleting your social data will remove your analytics history and public profile stats. Your TheCreatorsHIVE account will remain unless you also request full account deletion.

Revoking Facebook App Access

You can also revoke TheCreatorsHIVE's access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook at any time:

1.Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
2.Find TheCreatorsHIVE in the list
3.Click Remove to revoke access
4.Then contact us at privacy@thecreatorshive.com to confirm data deletion from our servers
