Browser type, IP address, device information, and pages visited on our platform, collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.

Meta Graph API Data We Collect

  • —Facebook Page post content, media URLs, captions, hashtags, and publish timestamps
  • —Facebook Page engagement metrics including impressions, reach, reactions, comments, shares, clicks, and video views
  • —Instagram account profile information including username, follower count, media count, and profile picture
  • —Instagram media including photos, videos, reels, stories, captions, hashtags, mentions, and publish timestamps
  • —Instagram engagement metrics including likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, views, and story interactions
  • —Instagram audience demographics including age, gender, city, and country breakdowns

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your Facebook or Instagram data to target you with advertisements, and we do not sell your social media data to third parties.

3. Facebook and Instagram Data

We access your Facebook Page and Instagram data through the Meta Graph API under the following permissions:

This data is used exclusively to provide analytics and reporting features within The Creators Hive. We do not share this data with third parties except as described in Section 5.

You may disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from your account settings. Upon disconnection, you may request deletion of all associated platform data by contacting us at the address in Section 10.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on servers located in the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. Media files are stored in Amazon S3. Analytics data is stored in MongoDB Atlas.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account or disconnect a social platform, we will delete associated data within 30 days upon request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service Providers

AWS, MongoDB Atlas, and other infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

Legal Authorities

When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred with appropriate notice.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
